The Nightingale-Bamford School seeks an experienced and innovative educator to join our Math Department and Middle School Division for the 2025–2026 academic year.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of and passion for teaching young adolescents. They should be well-versed in a range of pedagogical approaches, including but not limited to inquiry-based and project-based learning. Candidates must be eager to collaborate closely with colleagues to design and implement an engaging and rigorous curriculum. A key responsibility of this role will be working with the Math Department to build and shape a new Middle School math curriculum.

SALARY RANGE:
In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, this position's salary range is $70,000-$110,000 When extending an offer, Nightingale considers factors such as (but not limited to) the position's scope and responsibilities, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, and market and organizational considerations.
